SOUTHBRIDGE – Sunday, Oct. 14, Boy Scout Troop 160 celebrated an achievement only 60 others have made since the founding of the troop on April 1, 1940. At La Salle  Hall of Blessed John Paul II Parish on Main Street, Antonio Sanelli and Benjamin Peters received their Eagle Scout rank with palms. Once Sanelli and Peters received their Eagle board of review and learned that they made Eagle Scout (21 of the 137 merit badges) they continued to finish up requirements for merit badges to earn palms. Antonio has 53 merit badges and Benjamin has 40 merit badges. Both young men embody the Scout Law, which is that a scout is trustworthy, loyal, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent.
