As the heavy rain comes slapping against your windows, along with rumbles of thunder, around 10:30 a.m. on Friday, know that lightning has been detected seven miles away. There is very heavy rain coming but it should all be out of here by 2 p.m. — and with fantastic dry cool air behind it.

We’ve got perfect weather this weekend, temperatures in the upper 70s and no humidity!
