Position: Clubhouse Unit Coordinator Full-Time

Location: Southbridge, MA – Tradewinds

Rate of Pay: $14 per hour

Hours: 40 hours a week

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm; occasional weekends and holidays

Full-Time Clubhouse Unit Coordinator Summary: Work side-by-side with members with mental illness in accomplishing work of the unit, assisting members in building their skills, including vocational and social, while assuming responsibility for completion according to agency policy, procedures, and standards. Manage and co-manage transitional employment sites, learning the job, providing absence coverage, advertising, and choosing members for openings. Advocate for and assist members in accessing benefits, entitlements, and community resources.

Full-Time Clubhouse Unit Coordinator Qualifications: High School/GED with one year of experience in mental health role required. Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or psychology preferred. Experience with or knowledge of diverse populations preferred. Fluency in Spanish, Russian or American Sign Language preferred.

Full-Time Clubhouse Unit Coordinator Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must have a valid MA driver’s license, 3 years’ driving experience, good driving record, use of a vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices and community organizations.
