Position: Senior Employment Coordinator Full-Time
Location: Tradewinds – Southbridge
Rate of Pay: $17.25 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8:30 am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays and Holidays

Full-Time Senior Employment Coordinator Summary: Develops and services employment relationships between clients and community employers, providing access to an array of employment, job training, and educational opportunities. Responsibilities include vocational guidance, job development, job placement, onsite training, employer education, and customer relations. In addition, s/he coordinates one or more specific functions essential to the program.

Full-Time Senior Employment Coordinator Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with one year experience in related field OR Associate’s degree with three years related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with five years related experience. One year experience supervisory position desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.

Full-Time Senior Employment Coordinator Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential. Valid driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle with compulsory auto insurance and vehicle registration, and willingness to transport program members in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
