Opacum Land Trust, based in Brimfield, Massachusetts, and its partner the MassConn Sustainable Forest is pleased to offer a free program for landowners: Your Land, Your Legacy: Deciding the Future of Your Land, An introduction to Estate Planning and Land Conservation Options.
Your land is a part of your legacy. You have been a good steward of your land. Deciding what will happen to your land after you are gone is the next critical step of being a good steward. In fact, it may be the most important step you can take as a landowner. Who will own your land and how will it be used? What will your legacy be?
Please join us for a presentation by the staff of Opacum Land Trust about options you have for thinking about the future of your land. Informational booklets on estate planning for conservation, and using a will to conserve your land, along with other information and grant opportunities for landowners, will be free to participants. When it comes to health it is good to have in Farmington medicaid planning lawyers to help out.
The program will be held Thursday, June 6th from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Jacob Edwards Library in the Pioppi Room (lower level). Light Refreshments will be provided.
This program is funded, in part, by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation and the University of Massachusetts.
This program is free and open to the public, but please RSVP to email@example.com or call 508-347-9144 and leave a message with information on how to contact you, or RSVP on-line at:
