Gateway Players to Present Free Reading of Play “Eclipse” Tonight

SOUTHBRIDGE _ On Friday, November 1, at 7:30 p.m., Gateway will hold a staged reading of “ECLIPSE.” This is an original play written by Jeffrey Coggins. The event is free and open to the public and will be held in Fellowship Hall at Elm Street Congregational Church.

“Eclipse” tells the story of a man dogged by uncertainty and despair, trying to make his way through life- accompanied by a shadow. A staged reading means that this is a work in progress and the audience is welcome to offer comments after the readings. Gateway is always proud to encourage new works and is happy to showcase Jeff’s writing. He may be remembered for his appearances in “Rocky Horror Show” and “It’s a Wonderful Life”.
