THREE RIVERS — Thomas A. Flebotte Jr., 41, passed away on December 29, 2018 surrounded by his family at Baystate Medical Center after a battle with cancer.

Born in Springfield on December 20, 1977, son of Thomas A. and Kathleen (Bragg) Flebotte of Ludlow. Tom graduated from Pathfinder Regional High School in Palmer. He’s lived in the communities of Bondsville, Monson, Ludlow and Palmer. Thomas worked as a supervisor for Turley Publications for 20 years. He enjoyed listening to music, fishing and playing video games. He also loved to celebrate Halloween and Christmas and more than anything else loved spending time with his three children. 

Besides his parents he is survived by sisters, Carrie Flebotte and brother-in-law Brian Chaffee of Ludlow, Christine Flebotte of Florida, three children Timothy, Suzanne and Emily Flebotte and their mother Allison of Springfield, as well as six nieces and nephews. He also leaves Jennifer Reed and Lili and Cici with whom he lived in Three Rivers. 

A calling hour will be held Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019 from 10:15-11:15 a.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. Followed by a Funeral Mass at 12 p.m. at St. Elizabeth’s Church in Ludlow. Burial will be private.
