Laurence R. Boudriault, 65

CHARLTON — Laurence R. Boudriault, 65, passed away at home suddenly January 5, 2021.

He was born on December 31, 1955 in Palmer, Massachusetts to Leonard R. and Jacqueline M. (Levesque) Boudriault.  He was raised in Brimfield and later lived in Sturbridge and Charlton.  He graduated from Tantasqua Regional High School.  He recently retired from Essilor-Gentex Optics Inc Dudley and was previously employed at the American Optical Inc Southbridge.

Laurence enjoyed many good times with friends and neighbors at Glen Echo, boating, American history, painting and woodworking. He will be deeply missed by his mother, Jacqueline (Levesque) Boudriault of Brimfield, sister, Suzanne Phifer of Brimfield, brothers, Gerard (Aileen) of Bowie, MD, and Andre (Debra) of Port Saint John, FL.  He is also survived by four nephews (Jacob, Matthew, Adam, Andrew), and many cousins, uncles and aunts.  He was predeceased by his father Leonard R. Boudriault December 13, 2020.

A graveside service and burial will be held on January 11, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. at Brimfield Cemetery. Calling hours are omitted.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to Charlton Public Library.
